  • 'Delivery via SF Express' or 'Click & Collect' are available for local clients. 

  • Order dispatch upon payment confirmedTracking number will be advised via email​ once the shipment is arranged

  • 'Pick up Notice' will be sent upon the payment confirmed.  Goods are ready in 2-3 working days. 


How To


General Information​
  • Shipments are arranged on weekdays within 72 hours from the moment of order
  • If the order is placed after 6:00 pm, an additional day is added
  • Shipping costs may change due to the package weight or quantity of ordered products
  • Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost
  • Tracking number will provide
Hong Kong: 
  • SF Express
    • Customer can select SF Store / Shop Service Point / Door-to-Door
    • Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost
International Shipment: 
  • Registered EMS (Track & Trace)
  • Estimate shipping cost will be advised 
  • Actual shipping cost will be emailed to you and charged through paypal
  • Please allow for up to a few days for processing International Orders
  • International delivery services are shown excluding VAT
  • All international orders may be subject to custom fees and/or import duties of the destination country while customers are liable for the aforesaid charges
  • Commercial invoices and packing lists can be provided for custom clearance 
Points to note:
  • Please assure the product can be lawfully imported to your destination country
  • We do not ship 'Flammable/Combustible' goods overseas or by any air transit
  • Before you receive the package from the deliverer, please check that it has not been damaged during transport.
To estimate the shipping cost, you may refer to the service provider's information. 



  • Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, and we’ll follow up accordingly if:-

    • An item is defective and/or damaged in transit

    • Any order with incorrect items or missing items

  • When returning a product for exchange, the item should be in perfect condition and be sent in its original packaging, with official receipt.

  • Items must be returned with all components.

  • Paints are non-returnable items.

  • We reserves the right for final decision.

  • Refund policy is not available.
